5. Browse your file, to select the location of the document you wish to share

Let Me Explain The 7 Steps How To Transfer Documents on WhatsApp Using iPhone In Details

1. Launch your WhatsApp Application:

If you don’t have WhatsApp messenger already installed on your iPhone, visit the Apple store to do that. After installing, launch the WhatsApp application.

2. Open any chat (Contact) you wish to share the document to:

After you must have launched the WhatsApp application, if you already have an existing conversation with that person, all you need to do is open the chat window with that person whom you wish to share the file or documents to.

3. Look below the chat screen and tap on the + button:

In this step after you must have opened the chat window of the person (contact) you wish to share the document to, look below the chat screen, you will see a + button.  Tap on it

4. On the pop-up menu, tap on “Document”

When you tap on the + button, it will pop-up the following options; Camera, Photo & Video Libary, Document, Location, Contact. All you have to do is tap on the Document icon

5. Browse your file, to select the location of the document you wish to share

After you must have tapped on the Document icon, it will show you a list of documents on your phone storage such as PDF, Text Document, Word Document, Spreadsheets, Slideshows, etc (Depends on the one you have in your phone at that moment).

Take your time to browse your files to find the particular document you wish to share from your phone storage or iClould Drive.

6. When you see the document, tap on it

When you find the particular document you want to share, tap on it. If you wish to share more than one document, hold, and long press on the first file to enable you to select multiple documents. Note: You need to confirm that you want to share such a document in the pop-up window.

7. Tap on send to confirm

Now, tap on SEND to confirm your action. Allow the document to load and it will get delivered to the contact you are sending it to. When the person (contact) receives it, they will download it and be able to view and read it if they have the supported app installed to view such document on the iPhone.
